Why am I not receiving any e-mails?
Cause: The most common reason for e-mails not getting received is spam filters. Our e-mails have a spectacular delivery rate since we use dedicated trusted servers to send mail but some times they may hit your spam/junk folder.
Solution: Locate our e-mail and mark us as trusted. Depending on what e-mail service you are using, it can be different. You can contact us and we can assist you with this.
Why can’t I login my account?
Cause: If you cannot log into your account, it’s likely to be for 1 of 2 reasons. First, your payment did not complete or second, you forgot your login details.
Solution: Ensure that your latest payment processed completely. Be sure that your username and password are correct. If you have forgotten your login details, please click “forgot username” or “forgot password” on the login page.
I am not seeing any signals on my app, why?
Cause: The reason for not being able to see signals is likely due to your phone using an outdated operating system. While we make sure that our app works on even old systems, sometimes it may be an issue.
Solution: Update your iOS and Android software.
